CRM;IN
Run your LinkedIn outreach like a CRM, not a spam bot
Reaching out to real people should feel human, not like spam or spreadsheet triage. So you paste a list and one message template, and out comes a personal draft for every person, with each follow-up tracked. You send them yourself, so your account stays safe and your words still sound like you.
Built by Angelina Yang, who runs her own podcast outreach this exact way, by hand, every week.
Every message feels personal
Write your message once. CRM;IN finds each person's profile and fills in their details, so every draft reads like you wrote it just for them. No copy-paste, no hunting.
Your account stays safe
The automation stops before the send. CRM;IN preps every message, but you read each draft and hit send yourself, so you stay off the ban radar that catches outreach bots.
No lead slips through
Stop running outreach out of a spreadsheet. Every contact is tracked across separate campaigns, so you always know who to follow up with, and when.
Your keys, your data
Your data stays with you. Bring your own key, pay pennies per contact.
How it works
- Add your contacts. Paste a list of names and companies, or pull them from a page you already have.
- Find the profiles. CRM;IN resolves each person's LinkedIn URL so you do not have to search for it.
- Write your message. Write one template in your own words, with placeholders like first name and company. CRM;IN fills them in for every contact.
- Work the queue. Read each draft, open LinkedIn, send it yourself, and mark it done.
Who CRM;IN is for
- Founders running their own sales, partnership, and fundraising outreach.
- Recruiters and talent folks reaching candidates one real person at a time.
- Podcasters and creators booking guests and building relationships.
- Anyone tired of choosing between spammy automation and a messy spreadsheet.
Not for you if: you want auto-sending, scheduling, or scraped email blasts. CRM;IN never sends for you. You stay in control of every message.
How CRM;IN is different
Most outreach tools promise to automate the whole thing. That is exactly the part that gets accounts restricted. CRM;IN draws the line in a different place.
Manual by design, not by limitation
Automation tools promise scale and quietly risk your account. CRM;IN keeps sending in your hands on purpose. The safety is the point, not a missing feature.
Personal without the grind
The boring part, each person's name, company, and role, gets filled in for you. The voice stays yours, because you wrote the template.
Follow-ups you will not forget
Most outreach dies at the follow-up. CRM;IN tracks status for every contact so you know exactly who to circle back to and when.
BYOK, not a subscription
No seat license, no monthly fee. Bring your own key, pay a few cents per contact directly to the provider, and keep your list in your own browser.
A note before you start
CRM;IN is experimental, and it runs on your own API key. You pay your AI provider directly, usually a few cents per contact. Before you start, set a hard spending cap in your API dashboard. CRM;IN cannot see, pause, or refund what you spend on your own key, so that cap is your safety net. Treat this as a work in progress, and tell me what breaks.
Frequently asked questions
What is CRM;IN?
CRM;IN is a free, experimental web app for running LinkedIn outreach like a CRM. You add a list of contacts, write one message template, and CRM;IN personalizes a draft for each person and tracks their status. You send every message yourself; CRM;IN never posts or messages on your behalf.
Does CRM;IN send messages or connect to LinkedIn automatically?
No. CRM;IN never touches LinkedIn. It drafts personalized messages and tracks your queue. You open LinkedIn and send each message yourself. This is intentional: automated sending is what gets accounts restricted or banned, and avoiding that is the whole point.
How does it find LinkedIn profiles?
You paste a name and company. CRM;IN uses AI with web search to find the person's public LinkedIn profile URL, which you confirm. It does not scrape LinkedIn or use any private data.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a light one. CRM;IN uses a passwordless email sign-in (a magic link) so your campaigns stay tied to you across sessions. Most Lab tools need no account at all; this one is the exception, because outreach is something you come back to over days and weeks.
Is my data stored on TwoSetAI servers?
Your campaigns, contacts, and templates are saved locally in your browser. Sign-in keeps a minimal session record in a secure database so you stay logged in. When you resolve a profile, the name and company are sent through a small server step to the AI provider using your own key. Your key is never stored or logged.
How much does CRM;IN cost?
The app itself is free. You bring your own API key and pay your provider directly at their published rates, usually a few cents per contact. There is no TwoSetAI subscription or paywall.
Why is it called experimental?
It is new, and I am still testing it in the open. Things may change or break. Set a spending cap on your provider account, keep an eye on your usage, and send me feedback when something feels off.
